The Concord Amateur Radio Society was founded in 1996 to promote the service and technical side of Amateur Radio in Pike County Georgia. The club callsign W4AMI is used in all special events such as Field Day and is also used when the club net meets. In addition, the Concord Amateur Radio Society participates in the Southeastern Linked Repeater Net which meets on Wednesday evenings. Our repeater system is linked to the SLRN which covers much of the Southeast.
